Join Practice Solutions and the Wales Mental Health and Wellbeing Forum for an in-person workshop exploring how lived experience can shape better services, stronger organisations and more meaningful decision-making across the third sector. The session will highlight the publication of the new Welsh Government-commissioned national guidance on co-production and what it means in practice for the third sector. Drawing on the Forum’s journey and practical examples from across Wales, we will explore how to apply the guidance through culture, leadership, budgets and shared decision-making, helping participants turn principles into practical action.
