In 2025, Llais Cymru engaged thousands of people across Wales in The Health and Social Care We Want project. A core message emerged: people want a system that treats them as human beings, not numbers. On the basis of what Llais heard, the People’s Principles were created. This session explains what are involved in these principles and demonstrate how they can be used to shape a fairer, more accessible health and social care system for every single person living in Wales.
