Too often, charities solve the same problems in isolation, not knowing what’s worked elsewhere. This session brings together three Wales-based voluntary sector organisations to share honest, practical stories about using digital to tackle real challenges: from saving time and reducing admin, to building skills and confidence. You’ll hear what worked, what didn’t, and what they learned along the way.

Designed as a peer-led space, this session is for anyone on their digital journey who wants to learn faster and avoid common pitfalls. The session concludes with an interactive Q&A where you can share challenges and connect with others across the voluntary sector.
