Asset coaching: people leading their own support
Platfform is a mental health and social change charity. One way of changing our society is to dramatically change the system that we operate in – so that people are listened to, and so that we act on their priorities, not our priorities.
In this workshop Oliver will share how Platfform is approaching support in a whole new way, by employing people who aren’t there to fix or to tell people what to do, but who use the radical power of listening and “being with” to help their healing journey. After a year, it is already having a big impact.
