Co-production and involvement in PSBs: lessons learnt

The Co-production Network for Wales has been funded by the National Lottery Community Fund to carry out a five year project, supporting Public Services Boards (PSBs) to improve their co-production and community involvement. In this session we will recap what we did in our first year, during which PSBs produced the Well-being Assessments that then inform the Well-being Plans and their implementation; and we will share learnings from the practical experience, that are transferrable across sectors. A brief presentation will be followed by a Q&A and a discussion on the way forward.
