This session aims to raise awareness of both the National Office for Care and Support National Office for Care and Support and the National framework for commissioning care and support: code of practice. Looking at how this legislation could help to support better collaboration and more relational, inclusive, transparent commissioning between local authorities, health boards and third and voluntary sector companies. The aims of the code are to create more consistent, honest and collaborative commissioning practices across Wales.
