Charity organisations often feel out of their depth when it comes to implementing EDI in their everyday operations and we want to ensure that support is given to help encourage others to ‘do EDI’ well and make it meaningful in their day to day activities. At WCVA we have revisited our own EDI ethos and worked hard to gain a better understanding of ourselves and how our people feel as well as looking at the services we provide to our members. Now is the time to share our experiences with others and encourage smaller organisations to embark on their own EDI journeys.
