Together, the Fundraising Regulator and Chartered Institute of Fundraising Cymru will introduce participants to the essentials of fundraising and what organisations need to know in order to comply with the relevant legal and regulatory fundraising standards, as they expand into new income streams. Through exploring different scenarios, participants will understand how good practice principles should be applied to ensure their fundraising is legal, open, honest and respectful. We will also signpost to where and how they can find support and guidance on applying the Code of Fundraising Practice, as well as provide some top tips for using particular fundraising methods.
