How can employers stand with survivors?

A brief guide of how employers can begin to create a safe space for employees, volunteers and service users by taking a stand against violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence. The webinar will include:
• Signposting to relevant resources and support for those impacted.
• A brief discussion of sexual harassment in the workplace and the legal requirements of employers.
• A survivors story.
• An insight into how employees may be impacted by these issues both in work and in their personal lives.
• Guidance on how employers can meaningfully stand with survivors and support impacted staff members.
