This is an interactive workshop led by Sported, which is the UK’s largest network of community groups promoting fairness and equity for young people. This session will explore the issues and solutions associated with recruiting and retaining volunteers at board and committee levels across Wales’ community sports sector.
Come along to share your knowledge, any good practice you have witnessed, and to consider the innovative and collaborative solutions needed to strengthen volunteering at board and committee levels across Wales’ community sports sector.
