Thriving now and in the future – what makes a resilient organisation

This is an event to launch WCVA’s organisational resilience definition and indicators and the beginnings of a new model WCVA is creating to support voluntary organisations in their resilience-building journey. The aim is to provide an update on WCVA’s work and also to engage with the sector on this important topic. This will be an interactive event with a presentation, followed by breakout sessions for participants to feedback and respond. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
