Cymraeg for kids (Welsh for kids) is a national scheme under the umbarel of Mudiad Meithrin. By providing a range of free activities for new parents, such as baby massage, baby yoga and rhymetime and sign sessions, we open the door early for them to learn more about the benefits of Welsh medium childcare and education. A key aim of the strategy is to reach out to non Welsh speaking parents so that they realise that it is possible to introduce Welsh to their child.
