This session will share how the leadership programmes have supported social leaders over the last year in developing their leadership skills and providing an environment to nurture wellbeing and develop peer networks.
Come along to learn about their work to date, around the future of leadership development for the voluntary sector in Wales and plans for an upcoming fully funded leadership development programme.
Social Leaders Cymru is a partnership between Cwmpas, Clore Social Leadership and WCVA, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
If you missed taking part in the workshop last year, this is an opportunity to have your say about the future of leadership that is now in development for the voluntary sector in Wales.
