This is a session hosted by the WCVA Health & Care Project. Author Richard Newton will summarise his Bevan Commission report: ‘The value and values of the third sector: collaboration with statutory sector to deliver health and social care in Wales’, which will be followed by a panel discussion on its key findings. This will include the essential role of the voluntary sector in enhancing, extending and complementing statutory provision of health and social care, particularly its values and strengths, including public benefit and social value.
