This is a session from WCVA’s ‘Catalyst Cymru – Broadening Horizons’ project. Broadening the horizons of organisations is vital if they want to widen their networks and reach in order to be more inclusive and accessible to diverse communities.
In turn, this also contributes to building better resilience. This session offers an opportunity to hear about lessons learnt on inclusion by heritage organisations that took part in the Catalyst Cymru project. It will include an introduction to the newly developed bilingual ‘widening your networks’ toolkit and share practical approaches that you could adopt in your own organisation.
