A session for anyone who wants their organisation to get better at using data. Whether it’s getting started with simple dashboards or capturing the power of AI: you need to understand your organisation’s data maturity. Data Orchard’s free data maturity framework helps nonprofit organisations across the world understand where they are in terms of seven themes of data maturity and plan for improvements. Assessing your data maturity is more than just a planning tool, it can help raise awareness of the possibilities across the organisation, start great conversations and catalyse change. In this session we will talk you through why you might want to undertake a data maturity assessment, explain how to go about it and how to turn the insights into a meaningful data strategy. The format will be a combination of presentation and discussion. Ideally suited to senior managers, data leaders and trustees.
