Founded to promote the conservation and sustainable re-use of historic buildings, we support communities with finding enterprising new ways to revitalise the historic buildings they love, by providing advice, grants and loans. Our advice and grant funding often act as a catalyst for regeneration and reuse projects. Our loan finance provides flexible funding to projects, often at stages when other funders will not, or cannot, fund projects.
