We are the main workforce planning arm of the NHS in Wales, focusing on careers, recruitment, retention and workforce modelling. This includes significant work alongside the voluntary sector. We also represent the Strategic Mental Health Workforce Plan for Health and Social Care (SMHWFP) which is also multi-agency working closely with Social Care Wales and the voluntary sector.
