Innovate Trust is a charity based in South Wales that supports adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives. We enable the individuals we support, in our supported living schemes and those in the wider community, to improve their skills and wellbeing. We are currently co-producing a new Volunteer Hub for adults with learning disabilities that can be accessed across the whole of the UK and seeking to inspire inclusion within the community through volunteering.
